Last week, our PhD student, Kamila Nowak, presented her research results in an oral presentation at the 8th International Workshop on Ultra-Wide Bandgap Materials and Devices (IWUMD) in Wrocław. She was honored with the Best Young Student Award during the event. The title of the presentation: "Local atomic structure study of AlGa(Mn)N epitaxial layers for optoelectronic applications".
